Appeals court orders release of Iraqi abuse photos
Rachel Kahn-Troster | 09/24/2008
On Monday, the Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ordered the release of 21 photos that are said to depict the abuse of prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan.
