Jewish Values and Torture Curriculum

We are pleased to present our new 5-part curriculum based on Rabbi Melissa Weintraub’s articles on Jewish Values and Torture. Meant to be used either as a series or as stand-alone lessons, these interactive classes delve to the heart of the Jewish values behind our work against torture and the importance of k’vod habriot, human dignity. They are appropriate for use with high school, college, and adult education classes. The curriculum also includes the NRCAT video Ending U.S.-Sponsored Torture Forever, along with a discussion guide for Jewish audiences. Many thanks to Rabbi Rebecca Rosenthal for her hard work in putting together this fantastic resource.

torture

On the subject of torture, what is being done to the Palestinians?  The entire exercise is torture with the goal of genocide so clean up your own backyard as well.

Torture

I agree with Cecile Smith 100%, I DO believe that Israel's entire agenda with the Pals is complete genocide.  They believe they can get away with any & everything they do to these starving, dying people and to any aide that someone might offer like the Flotilla murders.  Since America has no shame over their continuing mistreatment & genocide of the Native Americans they continue their support of this genocide in the middle east with money and weapons.

I do NOT and have never believed that every Pal killed is a terrorist; not every child or baby allowed to die unmourned by a nation of sinners is a bomber.  If every other nation is subjected to investigations by Human Rights organizations then why does Israel hide behind their right to NOT allow inspectors in to check out their news reports about the things they do??

They are bullies and cowards and will not rest until every Pal is dead, then I want to hear what their God has to say to them.

Killing for God is NOT acceptable!
